How do I choose the right starting course?
If you have less than 50 hours of finishing experience, start with “Brush Fundamentals” and “Surface Prep Masterclass.” If you already spray, take “HVLP Spray Essentials.” You can also message us via Contact for placement advice.
Are there prerequisites?
Prerequisites are listed on each course card. Most beginner courses have none, while advanced modules assume comfort with prep, viscosity measurement, and defect diagnostics.
How long do I have access to a purchased course?
Self-paced courses provide at least 12 months of access from the purchase date unless otherwise specified at checkout. Cohort courses include live sessions and materials for the cohort duration plus 6 months.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Upon completing all lessons and assessments, you can download a completion certificate suitable for portfolios or client assurance.
What safety gear do I need?
At minimum: properly fitted respirator with appropriate filters, eye protection, gloves compatible with your coatings, and hearing protection when applicable. Review the course safety modules before any hands-on work.
Do you guarantee results?
We provide education and structured practice. Results depend on your environment, materials, and adherence to procedures. Always follow manufacturer data sheets and local regulations.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not consumed a substantial portion of the course and request within 14 days of purchase, contact [email protected]. We evaluate requests case by case and comply with applicable laws.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
